Online Product Executive (Outreach)

To assist libraries in improving awareness and engagement of their purchased products, as well as supporting end users directly. Working in an Outreach department working cross-departmentally to assist in continuous improvement of products. Create and deliver presentations, webinars, support documents and workshops to provide guidance to librarians, academics and students on our resources. Carry out customer post sales and outreach visits globally as indicated by outreach managers. Attending faculty conferences to carry out market research. Record and monitor CRM with all external customer interactions.
