Based in our bright and modern offices in the heart of the capital, in the rather trendy area of London Bridge, right next to Borough Market, we are now looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be predominantly involved with IT support, transactional processing within the Finance department along with assisting the MD with PA duties but will have the potential to take on added responsibilities.
oSet up of temporary workers on payroll sheets & pensions
oEnsuring all timesheets are received promptly on a weekly basis
oChecking and Entering timesheets details accurately on to the payroll spreadsheets
oRaise weekly invoices to clients
oAdding invoice to the placement digest and Sage
oSending out weekly remittance advice
oSending out monthly statements
oManaging the Age Debtors report
oWeekly Credit Control
oUpdating various weekly / monthly analysis sheets
oUpdate various weekly revenue reports on Excel
oFirst line support for IT queries
oAssisting with weekly contractor payroll when required
oAssisting the MD with general adhoc administration tasks
oMaintaining the printer and office stationery
The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills with good attention to detail even when working under pressure. They will have experience of MS Excel and inputting data. They will be a good team player with a can do attitude, that is self-motivated and driven.
