Operations Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with amazing administrative skills to join the team of an international book publisher of creative arts books as an Operations Assistant. Our client is a London-based global publisher of books on award-winning art books, cover many subjects including design, travel, children's and photography.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with daily management of the department and ensuring operations are running smoothly.

Key responsibilities for this role:

• Overseeing deliveries and liaising with shipping partners and warehouse
• Creating instructions for re-prints
• Putting together reports, managing orders and invoices
• Providing ad hoc admin support to the Supply Chain Manager and the Operations team

This is a fantastic role for a very organised and analytical person with a fascination for the publishing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and admin skills, and be comfortable working on multiple projects.
