Would you like to join the Operations team of a fast-growing mass-market publisher of children's and adult books?
We have a great opportunity for a teamplayer with an aptitude for systems and spreadsheets to join a vibrant Northamptonshire publisher as their new Operations Coordinator.
Working closely with the Sales team, you will be assisting with client management and product supply, and work with the operations team to ensure the business growth.
- Liaise with internal and external collaborators to ensure shipping times are respected, coordinating with suppliers, printers, buyers, shipping agents and internal sales team
- Produce customised sales reports and production information sheets
- Track customer orders
- Update internal sales system
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process invoices
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn everything about operations in a publishing environment, and it will suit someone with great problem solving and customer service skills. Any experience with Biblio and Excel will be a bonus!
