Operations/Customer Service Manager

Are you driven by commercial and operational excellence?

Our client an independent lifestyle and culture business with a growing list of products, services and international offices are now looking for an Operations/Customer Service Manager for their rapidly growing team. This role will be working closely with the Product, Financial and Commercial teams in their Central London hub. Key responsibilities of this role will include:

·Point of contact for customers and dealing with booking enquiries
·Quality control and management
·Working to targets and annual budgets
·Managing technology providers
·Keeping website up-to-date
·Reporting and proactive management of service

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have excellent sales and numeracy skills. You will be able to deal with queries and bookings, be confident in your administrative abilities, and be able to liaise with contacts via the phone and in person. This role would suit someone who is currently in a Customer Service and Operational role looking for a new challenge in a vibrant and passionate team.
