A leading trade publisher based in Central London is looking to appoint a highly organised PA to join their team. This is a pivotal position providing support to the COO.
This position will involve extensive diary management and proven experience in this is required. The ideal applicant will be able to multi-task, experienced with using Outlook on a daily basis and be able to manage diary and schedule changes at short notice. They will have a calm, positive and efficient approach to their work and be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Extensive diary management
* Booking meetings both internally and externally
* Organising travel
* Draft communication/responses on behalf of the Directors
* Correspondence both letter and email based
* Create and circulate meeting agendas
* Take minutes
* Any other ad hoc support that is required
Skills:
* Highly Organised
* Fast Learner
* Proven PA and Admin background within the publishing and/or arts industry
* High standard of the English language both verbal and written
* Forward thinking
* A flexible and professional work attitude with the ability to work under pressure
