A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organised team player to join a world-renowned publisher as a PA and International Events Coordinator. This important role is based in our client's Oxford office.
Sat within the International Sales team, the PA & International Events Coordinator will have a varied and exciting role, whereby their main remit will be to provide day-to-day support to the Global Sales Director to enable them to carry out their job effectively. As well as PA responsibilities, such as, diary management, travel planning, meeting arrangements, you will also oversee and coordinate the international sales and training events and conferences that take place throughout the year. This is a pivotal role whereby you will work closely, and in unison, with key stakeholders in the various departments across the regional offices. This is a fast-paced and fundamental role, where the PA and International Events Coordinator will play an integral part in the organisation's long-term success.
The ideal PA & International Events Coordinator will be a resourceful and proactive individual, with prior PA and event organisation experience, preferably within a sales environment. You will be comfortable managing budgets, and people, as well as have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to liaise with all levels, in person and remotely.
