We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, operation focused Events Executive to join a leading professional services provider for the publishing industry, based in Central London. This will be a part-time role, based initially remotely working 25 hours per week.
Reporting into the CEO, you will be central to the success of the organisation by organising and executing a number of different events including attendance at Book Fairs, Seminars, Webinars and Conferences. Working very closely with both internal and external stakeholders, we are looking for a highly organised events expert, who knows both physical and virtual events inside and out, and can utilise a network of virtual event platforms and bring these to the organisation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an events role, with strong experience in delivering successful virtual events. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is super organised, with a creative approach and a proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions autonomously. Whilst experience in publishing is not essential, an interest is desirable. If this sounds like you we would love to see your CV, so do get in touch asap!
For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.
Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
