Permissions Executive

Do you have a background in permissions? We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Permissions Executive to join a leading educational publisher. You’ll be based in London and will assist with copyright research and licensing.

Key duties:

  • Managing the rights and permissions inbox
  • Find and establish third-party material permission status
  • Ensuring schedules and budgets are met for licensing projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for permissions queries and permissions vendors
  • Maintain procedures and guidelines in relation to licensing and permissions management as well as maintaining and developing best practice
  • Applying for permissions

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous experience in permissions licensing and/or image research
  • A knowledge of stock photo agencies and European copyright laws
  • Comfortable monitoring deadlines and budgets
  • Keen to collaborate and assist across a number of functions
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of work
