Print Book Sales Executive

A prestigious professional membership organisation is looking for a Print Books Sales Executive to join their team in central London.  This opportunity will offer you an opportunity to grow sales of the print book products to sales agents, academic and corporate customers.  It is an exciting role for a sales candidate who enjoys building relationships and analysing sales trends.

Key duties:

  • Raise print book products through customer visits, trade events and sales conferences
  • Work closely with marketing and commissioning to ensure products information are accurate
  • Monitor sales performance and identify trends and sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and prepare new sales agency agreements
  • Recommend new product ideas based on market feedback

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven track record in academic book sales
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills as well as the ability to analyse and communicate sales data
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases
  • Target and result driven with good team-working skills
