Producer - 6 Month FTC

Do you want to develop your production skills and work in a top trade publisher?

Our client, a world renowned trade publisher based in central London, is looking for a skilled Producer/Production Controller to join their Lifestyle team working across both highly illustrated adult titles. This is for an initial 6 month contract but with the potential for it to be extended. The primary function of this role is to work on their production across a diverse range of global books and products.

Key responsibilities/traits for this position include:

- Costing and scheduling
- Quality control
- A keen understanding of production processes
- Liaising with internal as well external contacts including suppliers and printers

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills as well as a strong eye for detail. Strong communication skills are a must with the ability to work under pressure of deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Books Production Controller to work in a commercial and driven environment.
