Producer/Senior Producer (Education)
A leading provider of educational content is looking for a Producer or Senior Producer to join their friendly Programme Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate who has a good combination of editorial and project management experience to work on multiple educational projects.
Key duties:
- Project manage educational projects in a range of media including website, apps, games, PDF, PPT
- Research and commission educational authors and reviewers
- Production management and checking of design and web work
- Input into concept development for education projects
- Assist with business development tenders and pitches
- Regularly liaise with clients and stakeholders
Experience / skills required:
- Solid editorial skills, copy-editing in specific, and attention to detail
- Good project management skills
- Strong communication skills and a keen learner
- Some experience of production or production editorial in a digital publishing/educational environment
- Excellent IT skills and experience using content management systems
- School teaching experience or an interest in education would be advantageous
