Product Manager

We have exciting new openings for two Product Managers to join a prestigious scientific society based in central London. The ideal candidates will have product management experience, be customer focussed and passionate about technology.

Key duties:

  • Define market opportunity and drive awareness internally and externally about product capabilities
  • Manage products within society’s portfolio via content platforms, website, ecommerce and apps
  • Work with marketing colleagues to promote the product and build a solid pipeline of sales leads
  • Develop the product plan and regularly communicate ideas and performance with stakeholders and technology colleagues
  • Speak about the product at relevant events and conferences
  • Manage the critical path to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of product features and developments

Experience / skills required:

  • Solid experience in a product management role
  • Experience of working with in STM publishing would be beneficial
  • Experience using AGILE methodology, JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into requirements
