Product Manager

About you: We are looking for someone that will be able to draw from previous experience in developing and managing products and who is capable of commercially leveraging content, tools and services. Essential skills include product management experience, preferably gained in a publishing or e-learning environment, good understanding of Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of user-centric products. You should demonstrate the ability to interact with domain experts and users and analyse the full picture of the user journey and needs, to translate these into project deliverables. Preferred qualifications include Scrum Product Owner certification, and knowledge of scholarly publishing or the mechanics of academic research.

Overview of the role:

You'll manage the product lifecycle, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Acting as a product ambassador, you'll ensure strategic, data-informed, and user-centric development, serving as the primary contact for product queries and providing regular updates to stakeholders. You'll maintain accountability for the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with the Product Lead and stakeholders to align with the strategic goals and working closely with various teams and partners to deliver value.
