We have an exciting opportunity of "Product Platform Manager" to join a leading global educational publisher! This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, with flexibility for a hybrid working pattern based out of the company's Oxford office (ideally 1-2 days per week in the office, but if that's problematic, let us know what works for you).
The Product Platform Manager will be a subject matter expert for ELT platforms and services, focussing on content creation tools, you'll be the main point of contact internally for the technical platform and service questions. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work collaboratively internally to identify and manage continuous improvement requests.
- Propose, gather and analyse requirements and assess solutions.
- Gather and analyse business needs and use data to make recommendations.
- Define and implement non-functional requirements of the platforms.
- Contribute to customer lifecycle support by resolving escalations.
The successful Product Platform Manager will ideally have prior experience of managing a platform or service, and of working in a matrix environment. You'll have excellent communication and be confident managing third party and internal stakeholder relationships. Experience of working with content tools is essential, and working knowledge of standards such as SCORM, XAPI, HTML, XML, CSS is desirable.
