Technical Product /Customer Account Manager (Library)

Exciting new vacancy in an international company working on a platform designed to help libraries and archives manage and publish their digital assets. You will work closely with the sales team to offer customer demonstrations, as well as acting as the technical resource in responding to customer questions.

Conducting customer demonstrations both on-site and online. Attendance at conferences, seminars and other relevant events . Contributing to the development of the product roadmap and understanding planned new features and functionality.

The role requires the potential candidate to have a real customer focus and an empathic nature to manage and support expectations.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Good technical skills
  • Digital library understanding/experience is advantageous
  • Potential of home-working.
