Production and Web Administrator

Are you passionate about web technologies and willing to learn in a busy, fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Production and Web Administrator to join their future-focused publishing team. Our client is the global voice of the legal profession, publishing a range of journals, newsletters, books and e-products.

The Production and Web Administrator will have the opportunity to join the organisation and learn the technical systems inside and out (the organisation has recently invested in a SAP Enterprise system), with a view to being a key point of contact in assisting the business achieve its digital strategy. This role will also play a key role in supporting the web systems and administration of content on the customer-facing website. Key responsibilities will include looking after the support email inbox; providing first line support to staff users; providing user data reports; and adding content and images to the website.

The successful candidate will have some understanding of working with web content on a CMS and ideally some basic HTML or CSS knowledge. Most importantly, a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential. Any experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, front-end development exposure, or experience of working with data would be an advantage but not essential. Our client is keen to train and develop the right person for this job as long as the appetite for learning is there.
