Production Controller

Our client, a leading professional publisher, is looking for a Production Controller to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for delivery of content from project initiation to end output. 

Key duties:

• Be responsible for all aspects of delivery of content of digital products, hardcopy generation and distribution
• Oversea process from point of order through pre-press, production workflows to end output, including scheduling work and quality control of end deliverables
• Supplier management and costing for new products
• General problem solving and resolving of any issues that occur including feedback from customers
• Supporting colleagues to achieve KPI targets and supporting optimal delivery of content to commercial channels

Experience / skills required:

• Production experience within the publishing industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules
• Proven supplier engagement and performance management experience
• Experience of digital production workflows and data management
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a strong focus on quality management
