Production Controller/Senior Production Controller - Trade Books

We have a fantastic role, working for a well-known highly successful trade publisher based in London.  This role will cover the whole production process.

The Production Controller/Senior Production Controller will be involved in the creation and delivery of books for well-known titles across all lists working across global markets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Project managing the titles on your list
• Project development
• Cost negotiation
• Keeping schedules and set budgets
• Maintain strong working relationships; with colleagues and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant trade publishing production experience from a trade book background
• Excellent understanding of the production process
• Great communication and admin skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Commercial awareness
• Good Negotiation skills


This is a permanent role, ideal for someone who is currently a Production Assistant/Controller looking for their next challenge in production.
