Production Controller – Trade Books – 6 Months

We have an excellent opportunity to work with a well-known trade publisher, based in London, for a 6 month FTC position. They are looking for a Production Controller to work within their production team, which produces a range of well-recognized adult and children’s titles. You will be involved in the creation and delivery of titles, for both trade and special sales, working across various global markets and also responsible for all aspects of your list at all stages.

This is an ideal role for a motivated production controller who is looking to develop their experience within a highly respected publishing company, working across a fabulous range of titles.

Essential skills:

• Experience in a similar role within a book publishing production department
• Knowledge and experience of handling print scheduling, spend and placement
• Experience of 4 colour print process and co-edition printing
• Dealing with invoices and purchase orders
