Production Editor (Books)

We are working with a prestigious scholarly publisher on a Production Editor role working in their amazing academic books team. Working on a range of subject areas across print and digital, you will be responsible for keeping multiple projects on schedule simultaneously, so a high level of organisation is important!

You will also be required to work collaboratively with internal teams, as well as any external suppliers and stakeholders, so we're looking for candidates who have strong communication skills. This is an end to end production role, starting from final delivery of manuscripts and digital content from Editorial and taking content through to final print and online files.

Ideal candidates will have held a similar position previously, and will have developed a keen eye for detail. You'll also have the opportunity to improve processes within workflows, and assist with the training of new staff members.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
