Production Manager

A leading medical communications company has a great opportunity for a Production Manager to join their offices in central London. This successful candidate will manage the production of project-based materials across both print and web. You will maintain the digital and web content for group’s websites as well as promote activities via social media.

Key duties:

• Layout documents and translated materials using Adobe CS4
• Manage print production from making print pdfs, proofing, arranging print to delivery
• Layout journal articles and manage reprints when necessary
• Reproduce illustrations and create in-house illustration for published products
• Upload new content to the websites via content management system
• Produce and circulate of e-newsletters with email systems

Experience / skills required:

• Excellent with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent communication skills with in-house colleagues and suppliers
• Strong problem solver and able to come up with creative solutions
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
• Previous experience working in a healthcare industry will be advantageous
• Previous digital marketing and content management experience is desirable
