A prestigious scientific publisher based in London is looking for a proactive Production Manager to join their team, taking charge over a team of 3 and a portfolio of 10 journals.
The role has responsibility over the overall quality of journals, including the scheduling of timelines, technical editing and production, as well as taking on the other digital and print publications. Liaison with contractors and monitoring their output, and revising processes to streamline procedures will also be a part of this role, as well as line management, so management experience will be useful. Knowledge of XML would also be advantageous.
