Professional Engagement Manager

A well-established charity in West Yorkshire is looking for a Professional Engagement Manager to manage a small team working to develop the charity’s engagement of professionals.

Key duties:

• Effective development of external relationships with partner funders and stakeholders
• Development and delivery of annual marketing plan for increasing professional engagement including through events and memberships
• Deliver a planned and growing rolling events programme
• Marketing and administration of global events programme, ensuring they are high quality, engaging and commercially viable
• Marketing, domestically and globally, of the professional memberships schemes and related materials
• Represent the team at a senior level, attending meetings and speaking on behalf of the charity as required

Experience / skills required:

• Experience planning and administering commercial activities and delivering effective marketing
• Solid experience managing multiple projects to schedule and target
• Highly effective relationship building skills with proven experience liaising with funders and contributing to seeking funds to target
• Ability to develop and implement a variety of marketing techniques both on and offline
• Excellent communication, accuracy driven and globally focussed
• Experience managing a successful team, keeping to work schedules and monitoring KPIs
