Project Manager (Education)

A fantastic new role of Project Manager has arisen within the Curricula team of an innovative, international EdTech company. This role offers flexible, remote working, or the option to be based from our client's headquarters in Edinburgh, or a combination of the two.

As Project Manager you will define, schedule and deliver a range of different curricula projects simultaneously, on time and within budget, working closely and effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Your main remit as Project Manager will be to oversee and manage various projects and keep fully up to date and report on changes in education and EdTech policies internationally. Amongst others, responsibilities will include:

  • keep documentation up to date and provide timely project updates
  • conduct user research or testing and interpret findings to inform future projects
  • roll up your sleeves to help implement and develop curricula changes
  • coordinate contracts, invoices and other associated admin.
  • closely monitor associated budgets
  • deliver projects to a timely completion

The ideal Project Manager will have proven project management experience in being able to provide end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, and exposure to the education sector, in particular, knowledge of the National Curriculum for England will be highly valuable. Alongside excellent planning and organisation skills, you will have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with international teachers, school leaders and other stakeholders as this role will be heavily focussed on the coordination of people. You will be confident in using spreadsheets and other IT systems, as well as have meticulous attention to detail and find joy in documenting and working with the finer details.
