Publications Officer

Do you have strong InDesign and proofreading and/or editorial skills? Are you looking to work in a rewarding education-focused environment with a prestigious organisation?

Our client is an international exam board, offering graded and diploma qualifications to students in Music, Drama and English language and they are looking for a Publications Officer to typeset exam papers and promotional materials in print and digital formats. Working from templates, as well as liaising with colleagues on the creation of new designs, you will produce a range of products from leaflets, brochures & postcards to book covers and syllabus. Taking ownership for projects, from design concept to production and delivery, you will copy-edit and proofread the items and ensure they comply with brand guidelines. Your work will include producing infographics for their website and maintaining their image library and resource centre.

You need to have:

·Significant experience in InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
·Strong layout skills
·Experience in creating publications/marketing materials
·Copy-editing and proofreading skills
·Excellent attention to detail
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
