Publicity Executive

A prestigious trade publisher in central London is hiring a Publicity Executive to work on their award winning adult non-fiction list. You will work on a varied range of titles, including biography, history, current affairs and popular science and will work with an acclaimed list of authors. This is a superb opportunity for a creative and ambitious Publicity Assistant or Executive who is looking for a step up and wants to develop their career with a leading publisher.

Key duties:

• Deliver creative and fully integrated campaigns to boost book sales and author and brand awareness
• Execute campaigns on time and within budget
• Regularly communicate with global offices and key stakeholders
• Manage social media channels and brand websites
• Identify and build partnerships for key titles, brands and authors
• Provide outstanding author care and work with literary festivals and event organisers

Experience / skills required:

• Experience creating and managing publicity campaigns in trade book publishing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
