Publicity Officer (Children’s)

A great opportunity to join a London based children’s publisher. You will be managing publicity campaigns for a variety of Young Adult and middle grade titles.  This is a temp role to start immediately until mid-October 2018.

Key duties:

  • Manage publicity campaigns an activities for upcoming young adult, middle grade titles
  • Follow up tasks for pre released titles
  • Author management
  • Creating media lists and contacting media/bloggers
  • Writing press releases

Experience / skills required:

  • Solid experience managing publicity campaigns within children’s publishing
  • Excellent media contacts
  • Strong author management skills
  • Calm and unflappable under pressure
  • Flexible, team player
