Publisher Liaison Officer

Our client is an important service provider to the wider publishing industry based in the City of London. They are looking for a personable and reliable Publisher Liaison Officer to support the Account Services and Publisher Relations Teams to research, locate and contact organisations to encourage them to sign up with the organisation.

Working as a team of two and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for researching and reaching out to publishers to sign them up to the service. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting publishers by letter and phone
  • Conducting thorough searches for organisations who may have ceased trading or be otherwise untraceable.
  • Understand and communicate clearly the purpose of the organisation and invite new clients to sign up
  • Research and administrative duties

You will be a confident candidate with experience in an office environment with excellent administration and organisational skills. You will be a strong communicator and able to demonstrate the ability to form strong professional relationships with clients in order to sell in a consultative style. This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous, positive and dedicated individual with a calm approach and a real team player. You must have proven MS Office skills especially MS Excel and be able to work to tight deadlines and on multiple tasks.
