Publisher Relations Executive

A leading publishing licensing agency in central London is hiring a Publisher Relations Executive to manage relationships with publishers and support the delivery of events and communications. This would suit someone with relevant experience in a publishing environment who enjoys working with people and is looking for an exciting new challenge.

Key duties:

  • Help manage relationships with new and existing publishers and encourage them to sign up to the agencies services
  • Help resolve account issues promptly and effectively
  • Attend account review meetings with publishers and attend both the London and Frankfurt Book Fairs
  • Support the delivery of events and help organise consultations, introductory sessions and webinars
  • Create website and ebulletin content and report on monthly statistics
  • Take minutes for key meetings and manage dairies for the Book Fairs

Experience / skills required:

  • Experience in publishing is essential
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and basic database management and reporting experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
  • Event management experience would be a plus
