Publishing Administrator

We are looking for a Publishing Administrator to join the largest independent publishing house in Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their publishing career to do a range of duties across a diverse range of trade book titles.

Key duties:

  • Take responsibility for the administration of the Publishing department
  • Manage royalty payments and rights management
  • Oversee the administration of grants received and budgets
  • Support the Head of Publishing as required
  • Assisting the publishing team with administrative tasks

Experience / skills required:

  • You must be a conscientious and organised individual
  • The ability to speak and correspond in Welsh is essential
  • Strong IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of InDesign would be a bonus
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
