Publishing Data Manager

Are you an experienced process-driven individual with proven organisational and communication skills? Our client, a highly reputable independent publisher in Central London, is looking for a talented Publishing Data Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director and support, maintain and develop bibliographic, work flow and administration processes across departments.

The Publishing Data Manager will provide the publishing teams with administrative support and be a key point of contact and correspondence between departments. They will also have oversight of sales, marketing and operational deadlines and oversee the accuracy of publishing systems data.

You will be confident with data, metadata and be motivated by organisation and schedule management. Time management and organisational skills are essential and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Publishing experience would be an advantage but not necessary.
