A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a dynamic publishing services company, based in Wiltshire, as a Publishing Executive working closely with the Managing Director. The successful candidate must be resilient and highly organised, and will be tech-savvy. All levels of experience will be considered, so if you're looking to develop in a reputable publishing services company and you have previous experience in administration and editorial, this could be a great position for you!
The role will include administrative and logistical support with efficient time management, technical support, updating data management and information systems, maintaining office supplies and equipment and ensuring a high level of communication is held across the company as well as externally. In addition to working closely with the MD, the role will be responsible for an independent editorial project management workload.
The successful candidate will:
·have excellent communication skills
·will be proficient with using the MS Office suite
·be culturally aware and knowledgeable
·be technically competent with software and systems
·adept with multitasking, prioritisation and filing systems
·attentive to detail
·be able to take initiative with their workload
A drivers license is essential as the office is in a remote location.
