Publishing Operations Manager

We are hiring a Publishing Operations Manager for an award winning, independent and growing trade publisher based in London.

This is a crucial role to ensure the efficiency and success of the editorial and production processes. You will ideally come from a publishing operations role but if not we are looking for the following skills:

• Influencing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Process and systems orientated
• Experience in biblio
• People management
• Microsoft Excel

We are looking for someone who has experience within book publishing for this role.
