Publishing Sales Executive

Are you a graduate with an interest in working for a forward-thinking scientific journals publisher?  A leading London-based scientific publisher is looking for an ambitious individual to be responsible for promoting the company’s clinical content, including reprint and ePrint sales, sponsored access, video journal sales and permissions, as well as supplementary sales around repurposing and adapting published content on their clinical hubs. This is a fantastic , varied, entry level opportunity for the right person as full training will be given.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying contacts
  • Sending out published content to generate sales leads
  • Liaise with printers
  • Ensure all leads are logged correctly
  • Regular updating the CRM to reflect progress along the sales pipeline

This role requires someone with meticulous attention to detail along with the drive to succeed.

The successful person will ideally be educated to undergraduate level in a science-related subject, but this is not essential, but an interest in science is essential. You will be a quick learner, with great time management sills and the ability to prioritise your work.
