Publishing Systems Testing Analyst (12-18 month FTC)

A leading global publishing house is looking for a knowledgeable Publishing Systems Testing Analyst to join their team of specialists in driving and monitoring Biblio usage around the company. 

In this newly created temporary position, you will focus on effective system testing and data quality ahead of an upcoming project/Biblo module roll-out. This role sits within the Business Systems team and reports to the Publishing Systems Manager.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working with Biblio and various other publishing systems, and excellent attention to detail. 

Experience and skills required:

  • Considerable experience working with/testing Biblio 
  • A good understanding of Contracts/Royalties
  • High level Excel skills 
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of organisation 
  • Impeccable communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with employees across all levels in the company
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across multiple publishing departments.

Salary: circa. £36,000-£42,000 DOE

Hybrid working pattern: You will be working two days office-based / three days home-based, with the fixed days of Wednesdays and Thursdays in-house at their London office. There is also the option to be fully office-based if preferred.
