International Sales Administrator

Working hours 

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We currently operate a discretionary hybrid model, with three days in our London office and two working from home.

About the role 

Reporting to the International Sales Director, this role will provide important support to Quarto’s sales teams across the world.

The main tasks will be: 

  • Providing vital pre-sales and post-sales support to our distribution partner based in Sydney and external partner agencies across Asia.
  • Creating high-quality sales material including presentations and bibliographic information.
  • Key role attending meetings with departments across the business (such as the UK/US sales, Marketing, Creative teams, Production etc).
  • Fielding and troubleshooting queries from international partners as well as internal sales teams.
  • Communication of vital information to key stakeholders
  • Maintenance of bibliographic systems and databases.
  • Processing of orders and sales admin/production of sales.
