Publisher: Quarto Children’s Books

An exciting opportunity has come up to work for and lead one of Quarto’s pre-eminent co-edition publishing businesses.

Quarto Children's Books was founded in 1990 as a co-edition publisher of innovative paper-engineered books for children of all ages. Today, it is one of the market leaders in non-fiction, 'Books Plus' titles – clever books with kits or components that inform and entertain.

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Publisher to lead the QCB team, develop new products for its co-edition partners and drive growth in existing and new customers round the world.

This is a publishing / business-focused role for someone with excellent creative vision, commercial awareness, and management skills.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in children’s illustrated publishing, along with experience in selling concepts and proposals to UK and international English language markets. Above all they will have a track record that demonstrates both creative flair and commercial success.

If you think you have the skills and experience to build on the successful track record and growth of QCB please send your CV  and a covering letter to Sarah El Karamany, sarah.elkaramany@quarto.com

We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries
