Editor

Reaktion Books is looking for an Editor to work in-house 5 days per week. The role involves project managing books through the editorial process from handover of Word files until publication, liaising with authors, the Production Manager, picture researchers and freelance editorial and design staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of project managing illustrated and academic non-fiction books and be familiar with Adobe InDesign. Good attention to detail and exceptional organisational ability are essential, as are excellent copy-editing and proofreading skills.
