Resourcer / Junior Consultant

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Resourcer/ Junior Consultant, to join our successful team here at Inspired Selection!

Your core activities will be to provide administrative, resource and recruitment support to consultants across the business as well as provide an excellent service to our candidates and clients. You will be trained in how to interview candidates and will register new candidates as needed. You will also spend time supporting consultants by calling shortlists, chasing applications from briefed and registered candidates, scheduling interview preparation calls and arranging client interviews. You will also be trained in sourcing candidates through desk research, name gathering and proactively approaching talent who look like a good fit for our assignments as well as helping with other adhoc duties.

We are looking for candidates who are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment and who have brilliant communication skills particularly over the phone. Experience working in a similar administration or sales role is beneficial along with the ability to build strong professional relationships with both our candidates and clients.

Depending on your level of experience this role can be offered at either a Resourcer level or Junior Consultant level.
