We have an amazing opportunity for a Rights and Licensing Administrator to join a leading professional services provider for the publishing industry, based in Central London.
Working within a small team, this role will provide full administrative support for their services, as well as general helpdesk support for rights holders and requestors.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Helping manage the day-to-day activity of services.
- Inbox management, responding to permissions requests, setting up parameters, and responding to queries.
- Performing daily validation checks of transactions and payments taken.
- Producing status reports as required.
- Assisting with month-end checks.
- Participating in publisher meetings
- Other administrative tasks
The successful candidate for this role will have fantastic communication, administration and customer service skills with great attention to detail and good problem solving ability. Experience in a similar administrative role is beneficial as well as excellent IT skills, particularly working with Excel.
