Royalties Analyst UK

We're working on a lovely new role with a prestigious independent Trade publisher who is looking for a Royalties Analyst to join their busy Royalties team. This role is responsible for all advances and royalties being paid on time and being 100% accurate. You will need to be communicative across all levels, have outstanding attention to detail and to be data minded. Using the software Vista you will be tasked with setting up all contracts on the system, making sure all supplier details are current and correct, preparing data for accounting and resolving queries from authors, agents and editors.

The ideal candidate will have:-

• Strong excel skills - pivots, v-look-ups, etc.
• Numeracy, speed and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with royalty and/or accounting systems
• Royalties experience - ideally in trade publishing
• Understanding of double entry book-keeping and general accounting is desirable
