Royalties Assistant

Due to expansion, our client is seeking a Royalties Assistant to join their dynamic Royalties team. Reporting to the Royalties Manager, this hybrid working role comes with attractive benefits and a competitive salary package.

As a Royalties Assistant, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that royalties are handled accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to:

• Meticulously input contractual details into the Royalty System while maintaining its integrity.
• Promptly address internal and external inquiries, requiring strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interact with colleagues, authors, and illustrators.
• Collaborate closely with Royalties Analysts and various teams such as Royalties Accounting, Contracts, Editorial, and Transactional Finance.

Proficiency in data entry, clear communication, time management, and numeracy, along with familiarity with Excel, are essential. While prior experience in royalties and sub-rights is advantageous, familiarity with systems like KEA and Biblio will further enhance your suitability for this role.
