Our client is a leading distributor of large print and audio format books; and they are seeking a Royalties Coordinator to join their busy team in Oxford. This is a key role for the organisation and will support the business across contracts, publications and royalty statements.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Contract generation, and the tracking of contract through the full process including sending, signing and filing
- Checking all returned contracts
- Generating invoices, and payment summaries
- Accurately inputting royalty data into a bespoke system
- Preparing and processing royalty statements and calculating payments
- Dealing with any ad hoc queries on royalties, contracts or publications.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a contracts or royalties department, as well as being confident and accurate with figures. Organisation is key to this role and the successful candidate will show a methodical approach to their work at all times. In addition, the person best suited to this role must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong lasting internal and external relationships.
