Royalties Project Manager

Our client is a leading distributor of large print and audio format books; they are seeking a Royalties Project Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC based in their Oxford or Leicester office.

The Royalties Project Manager will be responsible for leading the Royalties function for the business, including the payment of advances and royalties, administering sub-rights income, producing, and distributing royalty statements. The Royalties Project Manager will build relationships internally with key stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end process driven approach.

The successful candidate will have proven Royalties experience, preferably in book or audio publishing. Experience in working with royalties systems is essential, alongside an excellent understanding of working with complex contracts. Strong communication skills are a must, with the ability to work with authors, agents, and key internal stakeholders to build excellent relationships.
