Our client, a leading international publishing house is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to work in their busy sales department in Oxford. Ideal candidate will have some previous customer-service or administrative experience and an interest in sales within a publishing environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Being responsible for processing customer orders
·Liaising with external distributors and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
·Generating sales reports
·Providing ad hoc admin support to the team
·Liaising with colleagues in other departments and offices regarding print-runs, instructions and sales figures for meetings
