Sales Consultant
Do you have B2B sales experience selling subscription services or technology? Our client is an exciting period of growth and has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join a team selling a leading line of healthcare news and market intelligence products. Ideally, you will have experience of selling SAAS, financial services, or technology but if you have sales experience and some understanding/interest of the pharmaceutical market, we would also love to hear from you! This role will start remotely, and but will ultimately be based in their Central London office.
Key duties:
- Achieve sales targets
- Follow up on sales leads to gain new business
- Build lasting client relationships
- Manage sales opportunities in CRM
- Correctly and promptly record data
- Write and issue proposals to clients
- Forecast and report activities
- Keep up to date with products to match prospects’ needs
- Provide client feedback to ensure products remain market focused
Experience / skills required:
- B2B Sales experience, ideally selling subscription services, financial services or tech
- Driven and sales focused
- Some understanding of the pharmaceutical/medical device markets
- Excellent telephone manner
- Target focused
- Team player, but able to work under own initiative
- Analytical approach
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience selling healthcare news and marketing intelligence products highly desirable
