Sales Consultant (Scandinavia)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated (Inside) Sales Consultant (Scandinavia) to join a leading Educational publisher. This position offers fully remote working, excellent salary and benefits package and long term career development opportunities!

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the main purpose of the Sales Consultant (Scandinavia) is to promote all Higher Education products and carry out follow up activity with institutions in Scandinavia to maximize revenue and achieve agreed sales goals, through all channels including distributors, campus bookshops and direct to institutions and academics.

The ideal Sales Consultant (Inside Sales) will be commercially minded with excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in a commercial environment, e.g. telesales, customer service or a similar sales role. You must be highly motivated and well organised, with good time management and planning skills. Ideally you will have sales experience within educational or higher education publishing and/or experience of selling digital and print products, but this is not essential. Experience of using a CRM database and giving product demonstrations would be advantageous but again, is not essential. Danish or Swedish language skills would also be a big plus!
