Our client is a leading service provider to the publishing industry, a leader in print-on-demand and distribution services - they are now seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in their Melbourne office, working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home.
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with sales and marketing to identify new potential customers, qualifying leads, dealing with initial queries and directing relevant opportunities to the correct areas of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a high level of support to customers whilst promoting products and services
- Be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries and resolve customer issues
- Qualify sales leads and manage small accounts
- Manage existing customer relationships
- Maintain the CRM system and ensure records are up to date
- Provide administrative support to the wider business by preparing reports and presentations where needed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a sales or customer service environment, ideally within the book publishing industry. Excellent communication skills, a superb attention to detail and strong organisation skills are essential as well as a good knowledge of CRM systems, and Microsoft Office packages.
