Sales Coordinator

Do you have fantastic Sales Administration experience in publishing? We have a brilliant opportunity for a Sales Assistant looking for a step-up into a key Sales Coordination role in an exciting independent publisher. Our client, a publisher of health, wellbeing and mind, body and spirit books for the international market, is seeking a dynamic Co-ordinator based in London.

This is an ideal role for those wanting to build a career in an active sales department and ready to take their next step up! You will be responsible and in charge of the metadata including Nielsen and Onix feeds and maintaining Biblio. You will also be a key contact for sales reps, liaising with key accounts and customers to maximise sales, communicating with distributors and coordinating overseas , preparing and circulating sales reports, and attending sales meetings.

Excellent IT skills are essential, and a sound working knowledge of Nielsen, Biblio and ONIX. If you're a motivated and organised with a strong track record in sales admin, do get in touch!
